Today I had the pleasure of photographing 6-week-old Caiden in the studio, along with his gorgeous big sister Sienna, who is 3 years old. It was such a lovely session filled with family connection, cousin fun, and plenty of sweet sibling moments.


At the start of the session, we had a special visit from Caiden and Sienna’s cousins—Ayvah, Blaze, Taneisha, and Ruby. It was wonderful to capture a group photo of all the cousins together, creating a keepsake their families will treasure for years to come.


Caiden himself was wide awake and very alert for his newborn photos, showing off those curious eyes and taking everything in. Awake newborn photos are always extra special, as they really capture a baby’s personality and little expressions.


We also made sure to capture some sweet moments between Caiden and Sienna together—these sibling portraits are always so precious. To round out the session, I photographed some beautiful individual portraits of Sienna on her own, which will be a lovely memory of this stage in her childhood.


This session was full of variety, from cousins and siblings to solo portraits, and I know these photographs will be cherished by the whole family.
