This morning I had the absolute pleasure of photographing beautiful 15-day-old Lacey, who came into the studio with her lovely parents, Courtney and Braeden. 💗


Lacey was such a little star for her session. Despite gifting us three impressive poop explosions — very proudly celebrated by mum and dad — she remained calm, settled, and absolutely perfect to photograph. These are the newborn moments we all laugh about and cherish later, and they made her session even more memorable.


She slept so well throughout, allowing me to capture a stunning collection of images. From soft, timeless poses to a variety of colours and textures, every setup highlighted her sweet features and peaceful, gentle personality.


We also created some beautiful family portraits, including tender moments with mum and dad individually and lovely connected shots of all three together. These early days are so fleeting, and freezing them in time is always such an honour.


It was truly wonderful having Courtney and Braeden in the studio today and documenting the beginning of their journey with little Lacey.
