Welcome to the World, Baby Keaanu


Fifteen days new and just absolutely perfect — Keaanu, it was such a special pleasure having you and your beautiful family in the studio today.


Keaanu came in with mum Shai-Li, dad Braydon and big sister Eliyanah, and for me this session was such a wonderful reunion. Back in 2024, I had the pleasure of photographing Eliyanah as a newborn, and seeing her walk back through the studio door today as a proud big sister was just the sweetest thing. She has grown into such a beautiful little girl, and it was so lovely having her back in.


Keaanu was an absolute star throughout the entire session. He needed just a little top-up feed along the way before getting right back to it, and from there he gave us everything we needed and more. We worked through a gorgeous range of poses, props and colours, and the images are just stunning. We also captured some beautiful individual portraits with mum Shai-Li and dad Braydon separately, gorgeous family photos with everyone together and of course those very special photos of Keaanu and big sister Eliyanah that are going to be so deeply treasured by this family.


Shai-Li and Braydon, thank you so much for coming back and trusting me with Keaanu's newborn session. It means so much to be your family's photographer again. Eliyanah, you were wonderful today and Keaanu, you are so tiny, so perfect, and so very loved. 🤍
